We want you to love your Tirfas piece. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@tirfas.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the size or style you want.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
